Acquired the approximately 20,000 square foot strip center with additional pad and 15 acres of adjacent land zoned for retail. Implemented leasing program and stabilized the center at 100% occupancy, improved the surface water retention pond and sold excess land in 2.5-acre to 7-acre parcels.
