Acquired and master developed this 9-acre coastal beach oriented mixed-use development containing 168 residential townhomes, amenity & beach-serving retail and a half-acre park located along Pacific Coast Highway and the San Juan Creek across from Doheny State Beach. Developed and executed a residential village plan obtaining California Coastal Commission approvals, an approved EIR and City of Dana Point Planning Commission approvals for the specific plan.
