Acquired 20-acre site entitled for approximately 250,000 square feet of industrial distribution space. Re-engineered the site to tie into public infrastructure and recaptured surface water retention pond resulting in entitlements for approximately 400,000 square feet of industrial distribution space. Acquired additional 6-acre parcel for planning and entitlement of two 50,000 square foot industrial buildings.
