Student Housing development consisting of 150 units (600 beds) in 8 stories located in Knoxville, TN completed in 2018. Privately owned and operated student housing development near the University of Tennessee. This was the first project permitted and approved under the City of Knoxville’s newly-adopted form-based zoning code and required extensive coordination with municipal officials during the review process. Services included Product Positioning, Architectural Design/Permitting.
