Multifamily development consisting of 64 units in 6 stories located in Brookline, MA (Boston) completed in 2016. New luxury residential rental apartment building located in Coolidge Corner. Walking distance to Commonwealth Avenue commercial district and MBTA Green Line. Considered the first new luxury apartment building in 15 years to be approved and delivered to the Brookline market. Key challenges included a complex public approvals process, extremely limited area for mobilization, coordination with municipal departments during construction (this was the first Type IIIA building to be delivered in Brookline using the 2009 IBC), and innovative exterior detailing to provide full-height brick on a 6-story wood frame facade. Stabilized within 6 months of completion. Services included Product Positioning, Architectural Design/Permitting, Project Management, Technical Documentation, Construction Administration.
