Life Science Office/Lab development of 350,000 square feet located in Burlington, MA (Boston) completed in 2017. The facility, which will include a customer collaboration laboratory, training center and office space, is a state-of-the-art, shared, exploratory environment where the company’s scientists and engineers work together with customers to help solve their toughest life science challenges. It is one of 9 such centers in the world. LEED certified. Services included Product Positioning, Architectural Design in conjunction with Cannon Design (interior).
